Camp clearing.

She stretched out in the shade, tail flicking contently. She yawned, and rested her muzzle on her paws, eyes closing.

The tom padded off, intent on going hunting, he went without notice because he did not want to disturb her rest.

She slept soundlessly, her tail tip still, breathing steady.

Nightwing padded into the camp with a mouse in her jaws. She dropped it on the fresh kill pile and looked over to where the new she cat was lying.

Awhile later, the strapping tom returned, emerging from the misty forest, a mouse, two birds, a vole, and a rabbit hanging from his jaws. He padded over to the fresh kill pile and added his prey to it contently.

"Good catch." She commented, rising from her slumber. She trotted over to the pile, tail flicking.

He grinned. "Thank you." - He had also, earlier, left a shrew on the fresh kill pile that he had caught whilst hunting with Nightwing.

She smiled, and dipped her head. She said, tone quiet. " I think I'll go hunting." She arched her back in a stretch as she trotted towards the camp entrance. "The prey seems to be running well."

Nightwing glanced at Tawnyfoot and twitched her whiskers. "I don't believe we've met." She meowed. "I'm Nightwing."

He flopped on the ground tiredly and sprawled out on the sandy clearing, a content smile taking over his muzzle.

"I'm TawnyFoot." Her voice echoed slightly as she exited camp. She whisked out of the entrance, into the forest.

She lay down close by and yawned. "We should go hunting together again sometime.2 She meowed and a small smile spread across her face.

He nodded. "I agree." he said with a smile, rising to his paws to take a bird from the fresh kill pile, and bring it back to where he was laying. He tore the bird open with his strong jaws, and devoured it hungrily, and neatly, then nudging the bones away, and curling up loosely.

The tabby trotted back in, ghost of a smile on her muzzle. She carried her three fish to the pile.

She yawned and looked up at the setting sun. "I think I'm going to go to my nest now." She meowed and flicked her tail in a goodbye. Nightwing padded into the Warrior's den and curled up in an empty nest.

"Goodnight, may the prey run well in your dreams!" She called, her sea-green eyes calm. She glanced at FalconStar for permission, before taking a fish.

He lifted his head, and glanced at Tawny. "Nice catch." he said, then hopping to his paws tiredly, and glancing over at Tawny. "I will be in my den if you need me." he said with a warm smile, dissapearing into the darkness, making his way to his den. He also nodded to her in permission to take the fish.

She nodded, and ate the fish in short, small bites. She stared at the darkening sky, sea-green eyes content. She swiped her tongue over her jaws as she finished the fish, and sat in the clearing until the moon came high in the sky. She disappeared into the warrior's den, casting a glance over her shoulder at the dark clearing.

The sun shone brightly through the den that morning. Nightwing woke up and yawned. She stretched and looked outside.

She trotted into the sunlight clearing, shaking herself slightly, trying to fully wake. She arched her back in a long stretch, and stood. "Good morning, NightWing!" She called.

"Good morning." She meowed in reply and smiled brightly.

She smiled warmly, and blinked the sleep from her eyes," Would you like to go hunting?" Her tail flicked from side to side.

FalconStar padded into Camp after a night's sleep.

"Good morning FalconStar." She called cheerfully.

He smiled and called back. "Good morning to you as well." he said joyfully.
